First of all, 15 years ago when I first came in contact with Sun Run, I had a working knowledge of Solar Power and its benefits. Your associates were knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Tucker, you have shown the same attributes from 15 years ago. I have always been told, if you want to change or add to an existing issue, you need to use numbers and show me the math. You did! Using my Edison bill, you showed me my system was up to par but not keeping up with the cost of my bill. You also presented a flawless Power Point Presentation on what was needed. You walked me through the process, introduced me to Jordan and I now am awaiting final inspection and activation. I thank you for your expertise and professionalism.

I had Solar for approx. 3 years when Tucker Wenc notify me that I was not getting all the efficiencies from the system. He walked me through the analysis, coordinated with my utility company and designed upgrades to my system for great efficiency. I'm sorry to say that I can't say that about the installation and subsequent revisits by Sunrun techs to resolve mistakes, to have a sense of urgency to resolve critical issues and oversights on the install side.
