Kimberly and Ray were absolutely the best! From start to the end, I had all my questions answered by a phone call. And if they did not have answer, they got within a few minutes. They made me feel like I was the only customer they had. A 10 rating is not high enough for them. They take it to a much higher level. I would only recommend them to any of my friends, or anyone who's looking to do a reverse mortgage. I wish them only the very best success. They have very bright future.

Kim was fantastic. The company process of getting this reverse completed was very frustrating and it happened many times. Seems the underwriters never knew what they actually needed. Constantly changing and asking for things at times made no sense. If it wasn't for Kim, I would have stopped this process and moved to another company.

I highly recommend Kim and Ray Gedstad of AAG to help with working through application, processing, underwriting and closing of a reverse mortgage. There are many questions that arise and Kim and Ray respond quickly to either answer directly or get answers from AAG. They are trustworthy, patient and dependable and work hard to favorably resolve issues that may occur along the way (e.g. a low FHA appraisal). They make going through the tedious process well worth the effort.

Always responded in a timely and very friendly manner any time of day even on week ends. Went out of their way to answer all questions even if not related to the reverse mortgage process.

I started this process in very early October, it is now December 31 and I still don't have my money.
Interest began to accrue on this loan on December 21, still don't have my money. Communication with California headquarters could have been better. No follow-up to see if funds arrived in bank account. Kim was very good until the very end.
