Trisha truly is the best around. She was so good working with us, our son and most recently, our daughter. The new condo that we purchase for our daughter had many short sale issues, amongst other significant issues (which we were fully aware of), and Trisha handled all obstacles with the knowledge and diligence needed to push that deal through the finish line! Then, her ability to get buyers lined up for the sale of her old home was impressive. It was a nice home in a good location, but had lots of little quirks, which she disclosed fabulously, and she got the home under contract and sold very quickly.
