Donna was great. I was more difficult than some as I was moving here from Tennessee and had no idea about what areas to look in or what I could get for my money. She helped me through the whole process and found "the one". I was staying in a motel and she waived her magic wand and got me a closing date before Christmas. This year I have had the opportunity to work with 3 realtors. Of the three Donna is the most professional, helpful, and caring. When pricing a home for sale I think most sellers rely upon the professional. In my recent experience Donna was the only realtor who priced a home appropriately and the only one demonstrating that it was her intention to sell the house for what it was worth.
