I can't speak highly enough of Maddie! From making sure I new exactly what was happening and when, to making sure the home buying process was as smooth and easy as it could be. Maddie always picks up the phone or will send a message of when she can talk, and I mean ALWAYS!! I Haven't dealt with varying many realtors, but I know that is rare. Maddie makes sure you understand everything, there were some technical things I just didn't get, she made sure I did. I could honestly go on and on about her because she is that great. Highly recommend!!

Maddie was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and that our transaction went smoothly. I will recommend Maddie to everyone. She was responsive, thorough and just an amazing person. She made us feel as though we were her only client and her #1 priority even though we know we weren't. We were lucky to find her!!

If I could give her 10 stars, I would.

Maddie is incredible! She made the process of listing and selling our property a breeze! She answered any and all questions we had and walked us through each step and what to expect throughout the process. She will be our go-to for any real-estate in the future!

Maddie was readily available to show me listings, and always on time to showings. She knows her profession very well, and if we needed answers she was very prompt to find them. She has a great personality and is a very down to earth person who is easy to work with. Highly recommend her!

Maddie was truly a pleasure to work with and got us our dream home in Sandpoint! We weren't familiar with the area at all, but she made us feel comfortable and was knowledgeable throughout the whole process.

We had some snags on the sellers' side that delayed closing, but Maddie helped us navigate each challenge calmly and patiently. She is great at communicating timely and is very responsive.

Overall, Maddie is friendly, willing to help, and made home buying easy. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
