Doing business with the Mejia group was an unbelievably delightful experience. From start to finish, the entire process from creating the video to showcase our home, until closing was 6 weeks. Throughout the process, Kevin kept in touch with my husband and me on an ongoing basis. There was never a time when I felt that he was too busy to give an update, or there was a call or text not returned. He was pleasant, informative and knowledgeable. He guided us through every step of the way without making us feel pressured to move in a direction we were not comfortable with. He laid out the options and left it to us to decide what we wanted.

I loved that he gave us the room to make our own decisions because so often one can feel pressured by the agent, the market or a myriad of other factors that can put added pressure on an already stressful event.

Kevin contacted me on a cold call, of course I was skeptically at first, but once we started talking I knew he was the right realtor to sell my home. He is very positive and upbeat. There was no question he could not answer regarding the sale of my condo. He went above and beyond to help me. As an out of state owner there were a lot of major and minor details I could not attend to. Kevin and his team stepped in and took care of those details. They were able to get an open permit for and air conditioner closed. They were present when my tenant moved out to retrieve keys. Kevin is young energetic and extremely knowledgeable. But most of all Kevin is very patient we looked at over 20 homes several multiple times. When I found the one everything went fairly smooth except for the lender dragging their feet which Kevin warned me not to use in the beginning. I should have lessened to him. I highly recommend working with Kevin and Ali Team Mejia if you are interested in purchasing a home.
