We lived in our home for 19 years and it was the only home my children really knew, leaving it was challenging enough. Andrew made the process as smooth and painless as a realtor and team can. Andrew began and remained incredibly professional and effective in all aspects of our sale. From the moment I reached out making an inquiry about what would be involved in the process to the moment I gave him our keys to the house I knew that we could trust him to guide us through the process effectively and efficiently. Our house was listed for only a week before we had a committed buyer. I believe that is largely because of the beautiful work Andrew and his team did with the listing. Andrew was an excellent guide through the process of purchasing my first home. He was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, ready to ask others when he didn't know something, and never pressured me when I wasn't sure about a decision. Because of the slow market in my rural town, it took nearly a year for me to close on a home and I never once felt like Andrew was frustrated or ready to give up on assisting me. Whenever a house in my price range came on the market, I could count on a message from Andrew and he was always flexible about showing times. It certainly doesn't hurt that he's also friendly with a casual style that matched my own energy.

Andrew was always there to answer questions and offer advice. The entire process was extremely smooth and we felt taken care of and supported. It was as if we were going through all of this with a really close friend. Choose Andrew as your realtor, you won't be sorry. If my fiancee and I had to do this again, we would not do it any differently.

During what continues to be a tight market for housing in our area, Andrew did a great job finding appropriate houses to show me or setting up appointments to visit houses that I had heard about. He was always cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable about the local Allegany County market. In the end, we were successful in finding a house that met my needs and expectations. I greatly appreciate Andrew's efforts.

Andrew Roorbach was a delight to work with and he made the difficult task of selling our house much easier. He was available to answer questions all the time and he went out of his way to help us in whatever way he could. We were not physically present when we needed to sell our house and Andrew was willing to step in and help out in ways that are probably not standard. I felt like he did a great job pricing our house and interacting with our renters to get great pictures. He was proactive in showing the house and helping us find potential buyers. This was not a straightforward house to sell because of some unique features and we feel like Andrew did a fantastic job. He is confident and professional as well as genuine, caring and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Andrew.

Andrew is THE BEST! We loved working with Andrew to sell our house. He is very personable and made the process easy. Andrew met us at our house, walked us clearly through the process, and helped make the process as simple as possible. He gave us solid advice on pricing, suggested home fixes prior to selling, etc. We sold our home for much more than we anticipated, thanks to Andrew's expert advice, and actually had 4 offers within 3 days! I couldn't recommend Andrew more strongly. He's a great guy who knows what he's doing and makes the selling process easy. Thanks Andrew!
