5 stars is not a high enough rating for Christy Lewis. She is very friendly and easy to work with. Christy is very quick to respond, so you will always get a quick response to any questions you have. She will walk you through every part of the process and make you feel very comfortable with her knowledge and will do what’s best for you to sell or purchase your home. Christy staged our home as well and it looked beautiful. She is a “go the extra mile realtor”. We did not know Christy before she sold our home, but we really felt like our sister or best friend was assisting us. You can tell Christy loves her job because it shows in her actions and we judge people by their actions and not their words. Christy is amazing to work with so don’t bother looking for anyone else… actually do your due diligence if you want, but we know you will end up contacting Christy an amazing realtor and person.

We were so lucky to have been referred to Christy when we were moving to Charlotte and needed a realtor. Not only did she help us buy our home recently, she helped us long-distance before we ever moved here, from educating us on the various areas of Charlotte to even helping us find and negotiate our interim rental home. Not only is she very personable and down-to-earth, she is equally a knowledgeable and reliable realtor that will not hesitate to go to bat for your interests!

DAY ONE - called Christy for a showing, DAY TWO - saw home and made an offer, DAY THREE - offer accepted........need I say more?????? She is very proactive as we were able to see the house the next day; she makes the process easy with her knowledge of contracts and pricing as she submitted our offer within just a few hours of seeing the house and her followup is impeccable with phone calls of what to expect and when! Christy did an amazing job for us, both in helping to purchase a home (2100 Lytton Lane) and sell one( 1008 Forbishire Dr), all within 3 months. Her knowledge of the market and neighborhood was great, she was beyond professional and all her referrals(banker for financing, painter, fix it person, staging) were on point. Never had to track down Christy or follow up on anything….she said it would be done , it was. The team she has assembled to buy and sell a home were awesome. Her referral for financing to buy made the process so easy. For selling, she recommended painting the interior, the painter was there and did quality work. She recommended changing fixtures/lighting, we did that. She recommended staging, the stager was there and the house looked great. She had photos taken that were amazing! If you are buying or selling a home and want a realtor that does what they say and provides amazing service/professionalism, go with Christy. She delivered for us, she will do that for you too.
