The perfect realtor to assist in either purchasing or selling a home. Not living in state, she assisted in everything we needed in getting the house presentable for sale. She is able to answer any question that might come her way and make sure you understand the answer she was giving you. She has a knack for knowing when open houses should be done, price reductions might be necessary and how much and is in constant communication with you during the entire process. We cannot recommend her highly enough for anyone needing to deal in real estate!
