I don’t even know where to start! JoAnna has been great from the start of my home search up until closing! Even after closing she’s been a bunch of help. I came to JoAnna as a first time home buyer. She listened to me ramble about my concerns and was always very reassuring with any doubts I had. We literally looked at 3 houses that I liked that were also in my budget. The last house we looked at, I fell in love with and she helped me get that one! She made the process fast and easy. She even had closing set up for it to be on my 26th birthday! 10/10, highly recommend reaching out to her if you need help buying or selling a home!

This was an awesome experience. JoAnna and her team took care of everything. I had no worries. I was extremely happy with the job that they performed. there was plenty of communication and quality work done by contractors under JoAnna‘s supervision. I am very pleased with the service I received from JoAnna. From the first day I meet her at an Open house in Capitol Heights MD. She gave me that vibe that she was a good person. I like the fact that she reached out to me after the Open house to see if I needed any additional assistance. I knew from that phone call she was going to be my realtor. She has been very patient, she is very good in keeping constant communication which I love in a realtor.
