There are not enough good things to say about Brian. I am so fortunate to have crossed paths with him in life and wouldn't have trusted anyone else to sell my house for me. I have no knowledge of real estate or how it works and Brian patiently answered every question, every text no matter when I sent it, every phone call where he just had to explain things in simple terms. He even assisted me with finding a realtor outside of Arizona to buy my new house after he sold mine, hooked me up with a great home inspector to get me prepared to sell my home quickly and got me the asking price in 14 days on an 80-day market. I would recommend Brian to anyone and everyone wanting to buy or sell a house.

Buyer or seller, Brian is your guy! He answered all my questions and concerns day and night. My husband offered him a bigger commission after having to deal with me, but he turned it down! In all seriousness, if you truly want someone in your corner, looking out for your best interests, I can’t recommend Brian enough. He is patient, detail oriented, and I look forward to working with him again!

I wanted to let everyone know about Brian, he stayed with me the whole time in this processing of buying a home. I can without a doubt say that Brian did an absolutely outstanding job. I’ve referred several people to Brian over the last year. He worked with my out of state aunt who really needed someone with local expertise and that she could really trust. Brian was able to help guide her through the process and they were able to lock down the perfect home during a crazy busy time of the year. He also helped a really close friend of mine negotiate the best possible deal on a new build that they closed on just recently. Both people have circled back to me to let me know how grateful they are for getting to work with Brian. He the kind of realtor you’ll feel at ease working with. He has the network to support his clients with whatever they need. Whether that’s a lender or someone in a related industry… Brian will know exactly who can get the job done. First off, I am a very impatient person. Tons of e-mails, text messages, and phone calls. With that being said Brian was amazing from start to finish. I feel he went way above what I expected from a realtor. He was more than happy to meet wherever we found a home to look at. While touring homes Brian was a wealth of knowledge with homes and how they are built. What to look for and just so much more. Add that knowledge with his professionalism, great personality, and eager willingness to help and put his clients before anything and you have a winning agent. If looking for the best realtor agent, look no further, Brian is your guy.

First time home buyer

As first time home buyers we had no idea where to start. We moved to Arizona last May with a goal to start looking at homes around year two of living here. Suddenly that changed when we met Brian. Brian was willing to answer questions quickly and I even told him our time frame of two years. Many real estate agents wouldn't give you the time of day if you started asking so many questions and let them know that you would probably wouldn't need them for another two years. Over the next few months Brian would give us updates on the market and kept us well informed. When February came around it was already time to sign our lease renewal at our apartment. I started venting to Brian how I was tired of throwing away money monthly by paying rent instead of pytting it towards my mortgage. He encouraged us to contact one of his lenders and see for ourselves how we can qualify for a home. We decided to give it a shot and Brian was right by our side the whole time. Once we got pre-qualified Brian set up a meeting and laid out the next steps for us. We only had until April 3rd to find a home before our lease was up. I was already stressed out because I didn't think it was possible to find a home/close within 60 days. Brian said "I'm not worried and that means you don't have to be worried." He had to tell me this a few times over the process until I fully believed it but you could hear it in his voice that he meant it everytime. Within a week we were looking at homes with Brian and during that process he asked us what we thought truly of every house after we walked it. Half way through looking at the homes he got more information from us about what we were looking for in our dream home. He said he was changing the plan and taking us to a different location. That's when Brian took us to tour a new build home and we fell in love. It was literally our dream house and we both looked at each other with that face that we could never afford it. Brian told us after to grab some lunch(which he ended up getting us a gift card to a great place) and talk about everything we saw today. Brian encouraged us to take as much time as we needed and let us know we can look at as many other places as we needed until we found the right place. After discussing it we decided to call Brain to see if he could help us get our dream home. Brian was so excited and said to let him handle it. Immediately things started moving and Brian started fighting for us. Long story short Brian worked magic after magic to help us purchase a home that we never thought was possible. He ended up saving us tons of money and got them to throw money towards our closing cost. Once you get to know Brian you will truly understand what he means when he says "HUMANS OVER HOUSES". We never thought we would buy a home 11 months after moving to Arizona but Brian showed us the way. As a first time home buyer the best advice we can give to another home buyer is you're making a big mistake if you don't use Brian Penland for your home purchase.

Brian and the experience that he provided was absolutely exceptional. Brian constantly impressed me with the amount of knowledge he had on the market and the current conditions we were dealing with. Using him to buy our new home was a no brainer!

Brian always made himself available, no matter when or what time it was. If for some reason he didn't answer, he always called me back SAME DAY. We bought a new build home and what should have been straightforward, was a mess because of the builder. Brian was always on top of things and seemed to be a step ahead at all times. Best of all, Brian actually cares about his clients. At the time we were living in Gilbert and the new home was in San Tan Valley, it was a far drive for us to always go see the progress. Brian would go out to our home to take pictures and send them to us, often! Brian works hard to bring your dreams to reality.

During the construction of our home the market started to take a dive and we watched a lot of bad things happen to others in the market. During the down times Pulte listed a nearly identical home for a lot less money than we were paying for ours. Brian was able to take that info to the builder and negotiate a KILLER deal. After the credits to closing costs and even more of a rate discount, we saved about $60k - I will never forget that.

This was not my first home purchase and the comparison between my experiences is astounding. I will never use another realtor ever again and neither should you.

I can't say enough about how well I was treated by Brian. He went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about my selling options, never tired od explaining all the processes involved and personally helped me with getting the house ready to sell and getting stuff to storage. He is truly lovely to work with and gets my highest recommendation.

Where do I even begin?! Brian wasn’t initially the realtor we were going to work with because we were doing it on our own but he was recommended to us by a mutual friend and my only regret was not working with him sooner. Brian was so beyond helpful with not just the selling of our old house but also the rate lock, buying the new house, and overall guided us and taught us things we didn’t know we needed to do for a new build. If it weren’t for him we would have been out over 25k dollars and probably wouldn’t have had the house we do today. I highly recommend Brian to anyone looking to buy or sell their home - so much that I even sent my family to him because I trusted him to help them as well & he did. Thank you Brian for everything you’ve done but also for becoming a close friend to our family.
