First, Brian is the best of the best. We can’t say enough great things about working with him. He helped my husband and I sell our first home, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. As first-time sellers, we had a lot of questions, and Brian was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and responsive. Especially being in a market that is not very seller friendly, this was so important.
He gave us honest advice, kept us informed, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. We went under contract in less than 48 hours and got more than asking, in a neighborhood that had an average time on market of 60+ days. Now you can’t control the market, but he did his research on comps, priced perfectly, and made sure our house was show ready. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.

Brian was honest with us from the beginning on what we needed to do for repairs or prep to sell our home for the most money possible. Throughout the process with any problems that arose (home repairs etc) he was quick to respond and answer questions/concerns. He was professional and honest and worked hard for us to ensure we got a good deal in selling our home. Our experience with Brian was TOP NOTCH! He initially helped us find a rental home over a year ago while we were saving up to buy. That process with him was so great, we went back to him when we were ready to purchase our own home! Little did we know that he'd help us find our home the first day of going to look at houses. From then until the day he handed us our keys, he was very hands on and supportive along the way, answering any questions, day or night, that would pop up. Not only does he know his stuff when it comes to real estate, but he was a wealth of knowledge when it came to inspections. In short, Brian is a kind, genuine human being and great at what he does. He made the home buying process seem possible, when my partner and I worried it might not be, and it turned out that he was correct. Every step of the way he was fast, communicative, and answered any questions we had. He was thorough, brought possibilities to our attention that we hadn't considered, and kept our best interests in mind. He set aside the time to be there for us at the notary signing when he didn't have to be, and was ready to show us houses on short notice. There are not enough good things to say about Brian. I am so fortunate to have crossed paths with him in life and wouldn't have trusted anyone else to sell my house for me. First off, I am a very impatient person. Tons of e-mails, text messages, and phone calls. With that being said Brian was amazing from start to finish. I feel he went way above what I expected from a realtor. He was more than happy to meet wherever we found a home to look at. While touring homes Brian was a wealth of knowledge with homes and how they are built. What to look for and just so much more. Add that knowledge with his professionalism, great personality, and eager willingness to help and put his clients before anything and you have a winning agent. As first time home buyers we had no idea where to start. We moved to Arizona last May with a goal to start looking at homes around year two of living here. Suddenly that changed when we met Brian. Brian was willing to answer questions quickly and I even told him our time frame of two years. Many real estate agents wouldn't give you the time of day if you started asking so many questions and let them know that you would probably wouldn't need them for another two years. Over the next few months Brian would give us updates on the market and kept us well informed. When February came around it was already time to sign our lease renewal at our apartment. I started venting to Brian how I was tired of throwing away money monthly by paying rent instead of pytting it towards my mortgage. He encouraged us to contact one of his lenders and see for ourselves how we can qualify for a home. We decided to give it a shot and Brian was right by our side the whole time. Once we got pre-qualified Brian set up a meeting and laid out the next steps for us. We only had until April 3rd to find a home before our lease was up. I was already stressed out because I didn't think it was possible to find a home/close within 60 days. Brian said "I'm not worried and that means you don't have to be worried." He had to tell me this a few times over the process until I fully believed it but you could hear it in his voice that he meant it everytime. Within a week we were looking at homes with Brian and during that process he asked us what we thought truly of every house after we walked it. Half way through looking at the homes he got more information from us about what we were looking for in our dream home. He said he was changing the plan and taking us to a different location. That's when Brian took us to tour a new build home and we fell in love. It was literally our dream house and we both looked at each other with that face that we could never afford it. Brian told us after to grab some lunch(which he ended up getting us a gift card to a great place) and talk about everything we saw today. Brian encouraged us to take as much time as we needed and let us know we can look at as many other places as we needed until we found the right place. After discussing it we decided to call Brain to see if he could help us get our dream home. Brian was so excited and said to let him handle it. Immediately things started moving and Brian started fighting for us. Long story short Brian worked magic after magic to help us purchase a home that we never thought was possible. He ended up saving us tons of money and got them to throw money towards our closing cost. Once you get to know Brian you will truly understand what he means when he says "HUMANS OVER HOUSES". We never thought we would buy a home 11 months after moving to Arizona but Brian showed us the way.
