Over her 20+ year career in real estate, Maria has helped over 500 clients reach and exceed their real estate goals. She is Luxury Certified and has the prestigious RSPS Certificate for Resort and Second Home Properties. She has listed and sold over $268 Million Dollars of Shore Real Estate and continue to thrive and grow year after year.
In 2011 Maria graduated from the Fox & Roach Leadership Academy and sat on their Technology Advisory Committee. She was a corporate trainer assisting over 81 offices in sales, technology, branding, and business planning. Her accomplishments include: Director for the Atlantic City and County Board of Realtors, Chairwomen of the ACCBOR Technology Committee, Board Member of 15 years and Current Vice President of the Brigantine Chamber of Commerce, member of the Women Business Leadership Association and member of the Brigantine Elks. Maria currently sits on the City of Brigantine Planning and Zoning Board and is a Board Member and Coach of the Brigantine Rams Youth Football & Cheer Association. Maria and her husband Joe are also heavily involved with supporting our veterans and troops through the local American Legion Post #396.
in 2021, The Handles started a Non Profit Youth Travel Football Team - The South Jersey Vikings - to gain exposure for student athletes by playing in national tournaments and on national platforms. They continue to promote South Jersey Football Players and help young athletes travel the US.
Maria is a coal-cracker at heart from Shenandoah, PA. She moved to the Jersey Shore in 1995 and currently lives in Brigantine with her family.
