I originally bought my home from Jeremy, so it was only natural I would want him to handle the sell. Although it was on the market for a bit, Jeremy did everything he could and greatly aided in the sell. Especially since I wasn’t in sate anymore.

Jeremy called me back after a deal on the house didnt make closing. That was very nice, he did not forget about the interest I showed previously. Jeremy was very helpful through the entire home buying process! Always quick to respond and always courteous. Never pressured me or asked me to sign anything without a good understanding. This was our first home purchase and it wasn't easy, thankfully it's all done now and the home owner life begins lol!

Listing our home with Jeremy and his wife Holli was the best decision my husband and I could have ever made. Our home went under contract in less than 2 weeks from the listing date. This was the first time we had ever sold a home and Jeremy made the process feel effortless on our part. Jeremy kept us well informed throughout the selling process, his communication was great and prompt. Any questions we had he would respond immediately.

Jeremy did an excellent job of selling my large parcel of undeveloped land. I especially enjoyed his professionalism, specifically how he communicated with me on a regular basis to ensure I was informed on the status of my land as well as providing me with advice on how best to handle each situation. His thoroughness and willing to go the extra mile was also impressive. I cannot recommend him enough!

When I put my house up for sale and moved, I originally had a different real estate agent. The house sat with no offers for six months. My contract ended with the previous agent and Jeremy contacted me and said he wanted the opportunity to sell my house. He said he could sell it in a month and ensured me he would keep me updated regularly. I liked his energy and confidence, so I went with him. He did as he promised and it was a great experience. Jeremy is great at communicating and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him!

We have worked with Jeremy on several occasions. Buying, selling, and searching.
Never once were we pressured, rushed, or told untruthful information. There was never let me get back with you on that and then no response. Normally responding within minutes of asking.
