This is my second time to use Graham as our realtor. He sold me my current home in 2019. He is the ultimate professional. His advice and communication are perfect. Graham couldn't have been more helpful in the search for my new home. I relocated from the Austin area for work and knew very little about Fort Worth. Graham's knowledge of the area was apparent and I greatly appreciated his commitment to helping me find the perfect home in a great neighborhood. He was very patient as we looked at every house I was interested in and was responsive and accommodating of my schedule, as I commuted from Austin to house hunt. Since purchasing my home, he has followed up with me to make sure I am settling in and has provided great contractor recommendations to help make the house my own. We just sold our 2 bdrm condo at So7 in Forth Worth through Graham. He was awesome! We live in San Diego, so everything was done remotely, and Graham handled the whole process for us. He visited the unit, advised us on an asking price, coordinated with our tenants and the condo association as needed and kept us apprised of any activity and interest. All the paperwork for the listing and sale was done digitally, so it was a breeze for us. In addition to a smooth, trouble free experience with Graham, we were thrilled with the timing and sales price. We have worked with Graham Stiles on numerous home marketing and purchasing campaigns during our twenty years in Fort Worth. He has helped us sell five homes and purchase four new homes. When we have worked with him and his staff, my wife and I have always enjoyed their positive attitude and listening skills.

When selling a property their focus was always on helping us get the maximum value from the sale of our property while gently helping us understand the reality of the market. They have been very good at highlighting the best features of our homes which has helped them sell quicker.

I can't begin to say enough nice things about our Realtor, Graham Stiles! We met him and thought he was one of the nicest but most Professional Realtors we have ever met and he did not let us down! He quickly had contracts on our land & also had a back-up just in case things did not go through but also gave us some really good advice on many items that came up.

I would not hesitate at all to use him again or recommend him to my very best friends! He came highly recommended by our daughter-in-law who is also a very successful residential realtor. Graham not only helped us sell our commercial property in a very timely manner but he also dealt directly with the many folks involved on the buyer's end and was directly involved in all of our many conversations with our attorneys.

The buying process for any first time home owner is daunting. Graham took the stress out of it. He was available and responsive to all of my questions and concerns, even after the deal was done. After relocating to Detroit and deciding to set down roots, I reached out to Graham, who is a dear friend of mine. After having a bad experience with a local realtor, he reached out to his extensive network and interviewed a number of realtors here in the Detroit market to find me the perfect fit! I've found my forever home! Now I'd like to say in the beginning my original realtor had no regards for what I was looking for in a home for my family and myself. But thankfully Graham was recommended by my Milwaukee realtor as I was relocating to Texas, as soon as possible.

Where do I start?! Graham was friendly, professional, positive, and listened very carefully to my needs. First off his patience is undescribable as he he took me to 10 houses in one day (at only a days notice at that). His staff sent a listing within 10 minutes of my request - now that is top notch service!

By the time we saw the home that checked off all the boxes, Graham immediately knew it was what my heart desired.
