Caroline was fantastic in helping us sell our home. We began working with her over two years ago as we looked at new places and we loved her so much, we decided to she was the right person to sell our home. From being very responsive to us to listening to our needs, she consistently had our best interest in mind. Caroline went beyond what any agent has ever done. She made sure I got the property I needed and closing was a breeze: not really but Caroline did her best to make it that way..;) She made sure the lender, the HOA, the the title company and anyone else had everything needed. Would always recommend!

Caroline is a great Realtor and is very knowledgeable. If she wasn’t familiar with the condo complex (and we viewed several), she took the time to do the research to find out as much as she could to ensure I had all the necessary information for me to make the best decision. She’s patient, kind, and has a great sense of humor.

I've had the pleasure of working with Caroline Frontera for several years now,involving the sale and purchase of several properties. Caroline Frontera helped us not once but twice this past year. When my mother lost my stepdad, we needed to move her to here to be closer to family. She had limited resources but Caroline was patient with us as we tried to find just the right place for her. While many Realtors may have pushed for a quick sale or just not offered to travel outside of the Metroplex, Caroline never hesitated to travel an hour or more for a showing. My mom found a great place and caroline held her hand through the whole process. We were so impressed with Caroline that we used her to help us with our own home search as well. In the middle of the pandemic ,in a tight housing market, Caroline gave us valuable insight and urged us to be patient. She ultimately helped us negotiate almost 40 thousand dollars off the original asking price of our home and we couldn't be happier. Caroline Knows this business and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. She's more than our Real Estate Agent now; shes family.
