Dave and his Real Estate team serve the northern suburbs of Metro Atlanta, including Alpharetta, Cumming, Milton, Suwanee, Gainesville, Dawsonville and surrounding areas. Dave has 23 years of real estate experience and provides his clients with the highest level of service and experience.
Dave spent much of his childhood in Latin America as the son of missionary parents. As a result, he has a warm and easy-going personality and speaks Spanish fluently. A resident of Atlanta since 1985, he left a career in financial planning to sell real estate in 1999 with RE/MAX and is now an agent with Chapman Hall Realty, one of the oldest and most prestigious brokerages in the metro Atlanta area. He is always willing to go beyond expectations to satisfy his clients.
Dave has a passion for real estate but also feels it is important to give back to others. As such, he travels twice a year to be involved in mission efforts in Colombia and Ecuador. He has a love for travel, cultures and interesting foods.
