When you don’t work in real estate buying a house can be scary. You’re making a huge life decision and you’re working with someone you don’t know well.

Danielle took that worry away very quickly. She broke things down to the level that someone who isn’t in real estate can understand. She didn’t speak above our heads and when she’s explaining things you can tell she is passionate about what she does.

When looking at properties and contemplating, we could tell that she wanted to make sure we had all of the facts so that we could make the decision that was best for us and not that was best for her.

We found a house that we absolutely LOVE I’m not sure we would have gotten it without Danielle’s help.

Danielle is such an amazing and efficient real estate agent! My partner and I were so lucky to have found her and she made the porocess so easy since day one. While wprking with Danielle you never have to question whether something is going to get done or you are doing something wrong. Highly recommend Danielle, she went above and beyond in helping me with my buying process and all that came with it. I’m a first time home buyer and pretty clueless on the whole buying and homeownership business. I had a set move in date and she gave me a clear timeline to meet my needs. We were able to find my home and get the inspections done for the 2wks I stayed in the area to view houses in person. She helped me get to the houses we’re viewing and quick stops by the bank, answered all my questions on the process and the area, gave me her honest opinions on the houses we viewed and didn’t end up viewing, gave me her recommended contacts from the inspector and attorney during the purchase and contractors for the post purchase, kept me on track with friendly reminders on next steps and what to expect. Really a flawless process and an absolute pleasure working with her.

Danielle has been a friend for many years. When it came down to buying a house I knew I was in good hands with her. She sat me down and gave me the cold hard facts and didn't sugarcoat anything. Her recommendation for a mortgage broker and inspector blew me away.
