Since the beginning me and my wife knew we were in great hands. Renee was recommended to us from 2 families that had her as their realtor and talked excellent about her and we gave her the opportunity, and totally worth it. She explains everything how it’s supposed to be, straight to the point, gives you pros and cons and keeps in touch about everything. We were very impressed with Renee when we sold one of our rentals at 508 Summers. She was the buyers agent and we were very impressed with her. She then sold one of our neighbors homes and also impressed us with the fast sale of that. Based on the above we hired her to sell another rental we had at 507 Biltmore pl., December 2023 and then another rental at 502 Biltmore, June 2024. Renee is on top of every issue, she gets the Termite letter ahead of time, she responds back to any questions we have within 10 min, (24/7), she offers to help with every problem that pops up, even it it's not hers! And she is Super Professional. We highly recommend her to everyone we know when selling their homes and also purchasing a home. 100% Impressive in every issue that arises.

Renee went above and beyond and helped me and my wife get our house.
