Jerry Mikulanec

I can’t say enough good things about Jerry. We’ve worked with several realtors over the years, and I can honestly say he’s gone above and beyond anything we’ve ever experienced.

We handled almost the entire process long-distance from New York, which meant putting a lot of trust in someone else’s advice and judgment. With Jerry, that trust came naturally. He was always responsive, never pushy, and genuinely had our best interests in mind.

What really sets Jerry apart is that his involvement didn’t end when the sale closed. He continued checking on the house multiple times before we arrived, had welcome gifts waiting for us in the fridge, and even brought over tools to help us get the house set up. These weren’t things we asked him to do. He just did them.

At one point, I actually asked him why he was doing so much for us. His response was, “Because I consider you friends now, and this is what I do for my friends.”

And that pretty much sums up Jerry. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such a personal interest in what they do and the people they work with. We started this process with a realtor and ended it with someone we genuinely consider a friend. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Jerry was very patient with us through our house sale process. The housing market in Florida is not exactly friendly at this time however he listened to our needs and adjusted as we saw fit while also guiding us with professional advice always having our best interest in mind. His communication with us, other agents and potential clients was open and honest keeping us updated every step of the way. If you need your house sold Jerry is your guy!

We moved from WI to FL. Jerry was great throughout the whole process. Not only was he able to find us the perfect home but he recommended a great mortgage company and title company. The whole process couldn’t have gone better. With any new home some changes may be required to suit your needs. Jerry was able to recommend professionals who could help make this house become our home.

We are from Chicago and flew to Fort Myers to look at homes. We were fortunate enough to find Jerry before our flight. Jerry was accommodating, knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in. He was friendly and engaging, and Jerry always went above and beyond from the time he was taking us to view properties until well after closing Jerry has been an excellent resource. I would recommend him 10 out of 10 to anyone looking for a property Looking for property is stressful enough if you live in the area….extremely stressful when you’re trying to buy a house from 2000 miles away. Jerry took away all our anxiety calmed our fears talked us off the ledge several times , we are extremely happy with his service and would recommend him to friends and family without hesitation .

Jerry goes above and beyond your average Real Estate Agent. He worked my wife and I for over a year and a half to find the perfect home! Great Job Jerry! Thanks again

Absolutely fabulous. Did everything asked for and above. Would recommend him to anyone. Made the whole deal and process so easy. Thanks

We have bought and sold several houses in Florida and Jerry Mikulanec is by far the best realtor we have ever dealt with. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and walked us through some difficult decisions we had to make. You can reach Jerry anytime of the day and night and he is very responsive to questions and concerns. We would use Jerry again in a heart beat and highly recommend him.
