My wife and I recently used JoAnne's services to sell our property in Ontario. She came recommended to us by friends.

She explained her logic in setting the listing price and how she she planned the open houses. JoAnne was one of those wonderful people who matches your commitment. Meaning that when we cleaned she came over and helped us. Her staging was very well done. Immediately after our open house we had two full price offers, indicating she understood the market well and had set our property up correctly. After a short time, we ended up selling our property for full listing price.

Joanne was great. She was attentive to our needs and available for our questions of which there were many. She took care of us throughout the process and explained everything. She is patient with us and best of all she checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed for the sale with all of our questions answered. We felt respected and appreciated.
