We feel blessed in the housing market of today to have had the good fortune to work with Sarah Menzer on the sale of our home and the purchase of a new one both in Mint Hill in recent months. We put our home on the market sold it in 48 days for the exact price we were told we could get by Sarah (almost unheard of these days) and purchased a new home. This entire process was coordinated extremely efficiently by Sarah on both ends and she was very patient with us during a very stressful period. We are convinced this was all completed because of Sarah's tireless commitment to pull everything together. Sarah did a first class job and we will be forever grateful to her.

I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to Sarah Menzer for the outstanding service she provided to my father and me during the sale of his home. I really can't say enough about the professional service & invaluable assistance and advice that Sarah provided during the sale of our home. She was with us every step of the way and went above & beyond my expectations. My father downsized during his move therefore he left a considerable amount of furniture in the house after the move. Sarah provided invaluable counsel on how to arrange the furniture and decorations to best showcase the features of the house. She even personally moved furniture curtains and wall hangings to emphasize the abundant features of the home. Thanks to Sarah's efforts we received several offers and accepted an offer within a couple of months of listing the home. Sarah's extensive knowledge of the local market really paid off and we were thrilled to complete the sale so quickly during this extremely difficult housing market. I can't imagine how we could have ever made it through this difficult long distance sale without her. Sarah is an absolute joy to work with she has positive "can do" attitude and her selfless contributions were eminently responsible for successful sale of our home. I not only consider Sarah a top notch realtor but also a friend after our many telephone & email conversations over the past several months. Being the 10th born of 14 siblings has no only given Sarah very strong character but also the ability and skill to work with people. These characteristics are so important when negotiating a transaction in the real estate industry.

Sarah Menzer sold our house! She listened carefully to our needs and helped us to develop our plan to sell the home. She helped us to price the house appropriately and to respond to the changing market in our area. She had a realistic approach and her honest feedback and ideas were helpful and appreciated. She advertised the house well and was a great advocate for us during the negotiations. Our journey had a few bumps along the way and Sarah was a source of constant reassurance to us which continued through closing. We will definitely work with Sarah again!

Sarah was so easy to work with when she sold my house. She did her home work to establish a really reasonable asking price which resulted in a lot of activity and offers. We had a solid offer within the first week. I highly recommend her as a realtor and I will call on her again if I need a super realtor and person.

Sarah is wonderful to work with! She helped us purchase our first home when we were living in two different cities and houses were selling before we could even get a chance to look at them. Our agent was top notch. With her knowledge of the area Sarah helped us price our old house to get the fair market value out of it. She negotiated with the buyer and kept us updated daily. She also worked on the purchase of our new home. Working with both Sarah and Patrick Laraway of Allen Tate Mortgage the purchase was completed without any delays or hiccups. Sarah was a complete professional and a joy to work with.

Sarah did an amazing job working with my fiancé and I on finding a home. Almost every other day she would send us new listings and whenever we found one we were interested in she was very quick to schedule a showing for us.
