Islia met me in pouring rain to tour about six homes. She went above & beyond to be sure we were able to gain entry into each home, including walking through an overgrown backyard, in high heels, to get to a lockbox for keys!
Once I found the home I wanted to purchase, she really kicked it into high gear! She communicated frequently to keep me apprised of every step of the process. She quickly coordinated with reputable, local inspectors that I felt were very honorable & trustworthy. When there were issues with the seller & their realtor, both before and after the sale, Islia unhesitatingly engaged on my behalf to resolve the issues quickly and professionally.
