Tracy was with us 100% from the start to finish. We had a very easy time getting ahold of her and choosing viewing dates all throughout our home buying process.

She also wasn’t shy to help point out any flaws and or future potential problems she came across with on the tours, and really seemed like she was trying to help us make a smart pick for our new home.

When it came time to close she helped with any of the contractual language we didn’t understand fully (This being our first home) as well as prepared us with what to expect.

Tracy is AWESOME!! She came in and walked through our house with us and advised us on how to fix up our house to get the most we could get from our home. We did what she suggested and we were able to get what we wanted. After fixing it up like she said we wondered (for a second) why we were moving it looked so good. But we got several offers - even one of our neighbors wanted to buy it but we had already accepted an offer. Whenever something was needed - Tracy texted/emailed us and we responded and WOW we had a contract AND closed in a month! YAHOO! Thank you Tracy -We really appreciate you and all your hard work!!
