She went above and beyond in helping me even when I am away from the state. The house I was selling was under repairs and she followed through even being my liaison to make sure all repairs were done and that the contractors finish the house in a timely manner!


She even got the house ready prior to closing which I appreciate so much! She’s a heaven sent and I highly recommend her to everybody I know!

Wanell handled a very difficult transaction with grace and professionalism. While there were some unexpected set-backs during the transaction that were outside of Wanell's control; she worked hard to find bring the transaction to a close.
