Marjorie was such a pleasure to work with! As first time home buyers, Marjorie was patient and took the time to thoroughly answer all of our questions. She was always willing to quickly schedule any tours for homes we wanted to view, and the final tour we took she came up the same day, which allowed us to get an offer in that evening which was accepted the next day! Marjorie was so on top of things throughout our whole house buying process. Was a great help. Found us just the right house. Marj found a house in the right price range that was large enough to fit our family. It was in the Neighborhood we wanted. She was able to make a deal with the other realtor to get us in earlier then they had listed, giving us time to get ready for school.
