I really can’t say enough about Mohamed. My husband and I feel we won the realtor lottery with him! He worked with us when we were nervous first time home buyers, thoroughly explaining each step of the process and calmly helping us navigate a stressful escrow with his expertise and knowledge and seemingly endless supply of patience. When the time came to sell that house and move into another, we worked with him again because there is really no other realtor we’ve met that is as trust worthy and hard working as he is. He got our home sold in two weeks and at our top asking price and then buckled himself right next to us on the crazy roller coaster ride that is buying on the westside. He guided us through that process with care and professionalism, never rushing us or pushing us into something that ultimately would have been a bad fit for our family, which is very uncommon amongst most realtors. I have many friends who have related to me their experiences with realtors trying to talk them into purchases, but Mo is not like that. He is very ethical and honest and he advised us to walk away from some properties, and never pushed us the few times we felt the need to walk away from accepted bids. Mohamed Hassan helped us sell our home in 1 day for $125,000 OVER LIST. He is honest and the most knowledgable agent we met. His listing marketing skills, and art in selling a home is masterful. We interivewed 3 agents from the top brokerage in Los Angeles, including Compass, KW, REMAX, but none felt as genuine as him. Mohamed Hassan, Broker had our best interest first and answered all our questions patienty for hours on hours.
