The Association, when undergoing a large scale project, bought a unit for the contractors to keep costs low, and since then, have been spending so much on repairs when we didn't need to have the unit anymore. Rachel spent the time needed to confirm with all parties and our attorney and homeowners the course of action to get the unit sold and get the top dollar for the unit so that we could re-invest the funds received into our association to keep the dues low and keep all the homeowners happy. She personally went beyond her duties when the vendor flaked due to the holidays and in order to make sure we met our deadline for going live, she personally cleaned and handled all repairs needed by vendors so that we were able to sell. She did an amazing job in all aspects of the transaction and coordinating all parties.

Rachel went above and beyond in managing our association. When we started working with her, our records were a mess to the point it was embarrassing. She assisted us in organizing all the records and constructing all the pieces into legible records for our homeowners and made our life as the board such a breeze. After she jumped in our homeowners were happy and she went above and beyond in assisting them with their accounts, coming out on her own time to get them set up for their accounts, and saved us. We can never repay her for all the countless hours she spent in putting our association back together. We went from homeowners avoiding attending meetings, countless issues within the community, and not wanting to participate to our community looking beautiful, issues resolved for homeowners, and an abundance of people attending meetings and wanting to take part in their community.

In buying our first home, we had (and still do) such a big vision of all the work we want to complete throughout the house to make it cozy. We have so many projects that trying to tackle them all is overwhleming while raising a little one. From colors for painting, building shelving, and re-designing our bedrooms to creating a plan for re-doing our backyard. She has all the connections for vendors who are affordable and made the time to come with me when searching for colors and gave her recommendation. She went above and beyond and although we financially can't do all the work right now, we are still in contact with Rachel to develop our budget and plan of when work will be completed.

Trying to find the balance between work and home. Rachel was amazing in recommending colors and products that lightened up our home so that we could make our impression through our artwork and have that be the focal point when we had visitors. She did a wonderful job in following up with the vendors and making sure that they were prompt in their work and finished timely. When we hit a couple snags throughout the process, she jumped right in to help out where she could for the vendor so that our deadline was met. She is definitely not afraid to put in the legwork herself to make sure her clients are happy. I would definitely use her again.

If this is your first time or your 7th time looking for a home to PURCHASE or SELL, I have the perfect Realtor for you! Her name is Rachel. She was my Knight in Shining Armor or my Wonder Woman whichever you prefer.

Rachel was incredibly exceptional. Obviously, buying not only a new house, but a first house is a huge change and can be very emotional. Our biggest focus was stability for our daughter, and Rachel listened to it all; the worries, needs and fears. After taking the time to truly get to know exactly what my family and I were looking for, I was very pleased with the quick results! Not only did she pinpoint everything in the aspects of houses, but went above and beyond as far as to local school district ratings, family ratings, and accessibility to major resourses. As a mom this made me feel at ease, knowing that I had an agent who truly looked out for us as we transitioned into this next step.

Rachel always worked around my schedule for home tours, and had quick responsiveness. If there was ever a time where she was unable to answer, there was a call back from her within 10 minutes max.
