Ivy is excellent agent! She was great to work with, easy to communicate with, made herself available to me on weekends, at night, anytime really! Was very knowledgeable of real estate and community. I was looking for very specific features In a house in a market with very little to choose from. She helped us find a home that checked off all our boxes!
She has even kept in touch to check on progress of renovations well after closing on house. She’s genuine and cares about putting you a home that’s best for you. Not just making the sale and moving on.

Ivy was so great from the beginning. We were pre qualified for a certain amount and our budget was not super flexible. She respected that and found some amazing homes for us to look at. Some of them were not what we thought we wanted or needed but it helped us see things from a new perspective and we were able come to new ideas because of it. We used the lender she recommended which made it an easy process from start to finish despite the fact it can be a bit tedious to gather all necessary paperwork and information needed. I have found my realtor and have no trepidation or anxiety about future real estate needs for my family and friends. Ivy is my go to!
