I was kind of dreading the search for a new home but after finding Marissa, she made it all so simple. I would recommend her to everyone buying or selling a home. Thanks again for doing such a good job and getting us through this so quickly. We searched since September, having multiple houses to look at but when we found the one on January 12th, Marissa had us at closing February 9th. That’s what a good agent does!!!!!!

Marissa made looking for the forever home so easy. This woman takes so much pride and feelings into helping her clients. Very patient and went above and beyond to make finding and buying so smooth. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Marissa! She was the perfect realtor for me as a first-time homeowner. We have been working with Marissa for over a year to find the perfect home for our son. Marissa is so easy to work with, and goes above and beyond to assist her clients. She is patient, knowledgeable of the area, and thoroughly enjoys her job. She would alert us of new listings as soon as they become available in the MLS so that we could move quickly if it were something we were interested in. She has good rapport with other agents and would reach out to the seller's agent if we had questions that weren't provided on the MLS sheet. With her help, our son just closed on his new home! I highly recommend Marissa!

We have worked with Marissa Earls a couple times now. She helped us sell a home this year, and she went above and beyond to make that happen. She worked very hard for us. Marissa assisted us in buying a lake lot. She showed us the property within 24 hours. She was flexible, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful. She followed up to make sure we had all our questions answered. We plan to have Marissa help us sell another home this Spring. We will most definitely contact Marissa again! Highly recommend!

Marissa was my saving grace through a difficult time. Just a few weeks ago I was referred to Marissa after some major life changes. I needed a house and I needed it quickly. From the start my husband and I knew being first time home buyers for our family wasn't going to be easy but thankfully by the grace of the lord I was introduced to Marissa and she made our entire buy an absolute blast! 10/10, highly recommend! I can't say enough how grateful we are that Marissa is our agent. She worked hard to find the perfect home for us and was so patient. We looked for probably 6-7 months while we figured out what we wanted. We saw many homes over a large area during that time, and she went over and above to meet our schedules. One evening we finally found the perfect home for us, listed for only 6 hours earlier. She discovered that it was a very popular listing that had already been shown 3 times that day and had showings scheduled for the next. With only about 15 minutes notice, she jumped in her car and drove over from another town so that we could see it that night. We just closed on that home today! She stayed in constant contact with us, the lender and the seller after the purchase agreement to help ensure we had everything in place to close the sale. Go with Marissa, she takes great care of her clients!

Marissa was with us every step of the way during both house hunting to downsize and to sell our rural Jay County home. She never once made us feel like we had to hurry and took the time to show us any and all homes we were interested in. If there was a question she didn’t quite know the answer to, she found out from someone else as quickly as possible. She made herself as accessible to us on the turn of a dime as soon as any prior obligations were met.
We went through a very, very trying time getting our old home sold and had it not been for Marissa always helping us stay positive and helping us as much as she could, I probably would have had a breakdown. We ran into several obstacles. She stayed professional the entire time, reminding us often that she was there to help us as much as she could, she went above and beyond. I would absolutely go straight back to her in a heartbeat if we ever wanted something else. We are hoping that won’t happen, but you never know. We found Marissa to be very professional, warm, and pleasant to be around. I would send a anyone in her direction for their home selling &/or buying needs. She would not disappoint! We wish her all the very best. She deserves it!

I told Marissa that I had made multiple attempts to sell the house myself with no luck and that I needed to sell it as quickly as possible. After contacting Marissa, she had the house on the market in less than five days. It was sold for the full asking price in less than a week! Marissa maintained very good communication and took all the headaches out of the sale! I highly recommend Marissas services!
