JoAnna made buying our first home an amazing experience. We were referred to JoAnna by a friend's realtor and right from the start she was extremely knowledgeable and always available to chat. She was quick on making decisions and fought hard to give us the best deal. She even negotiated to lower our closing cost which was appreciated. She was spot on with her self appraisal, and very supportive with recommendations for repairs. Her refered service providers were quick, positive, and very communicative.
As first time buyers we couldn't have asked for a better realtor and would recommend JoAnna to anyone!
