We are out of town buyers. Thankfully Daniela reached out while we were beginning to do research and learn about vacant lots for a future build. We couldn't have been happier with Daniela's knowledge, her responsiveness and her support. As a fellow Realtor in Canada I appreciated the guidance through a very different 'selling' process when selling my condo in Cape Coral this Spring (2025). Not only is the process different, it was under circumstances that were quite stressful. Daniella's expertise, patience and assurance led to a successful transaction in less than a month from list to close. The Real Estate market can be volatile at any time. We watched the market trend and priced accordingly, realistically. The consultation process started in March, listed at the beginning of May, received a solid offer within 5 days, waited the 15 day cooling off period and closed early, 7 days later. It is a process. Listen to your Realtor ! they do see the bigger picture of the current market, eventually I did and was rewarded with a quick sale.
