Would recommend (and have) Ann to anyone looking to purchase a home in Ventura County. We have purchased many homes over the years so when we decided to purchase in Camarillo/Somis area to be closer to our daughter, we needed some guidance on the area, what each neighborhood offered etc. Ann took us to several houses and we decided on the one we did, she was efficient and helpful every step of the way. Afterwards, she even set us up with contractors to do some remodeling. Ann is a true professional!

I was searching for a home for myself in a very specific area and Ann was fantastic about keeping me up to date on houses coming available in that community. When one came on the market, we went to see it immediately. She was prompt, responsive and thorough in explaining the process of buying, since it had been over 30 years since I had purchased a home. I recommend Ann to anyone. She is patient and explains things well in what can be a very intimidating process.
