Kaysi is the best! As a first-time homeowner, it was so nice to have a realtor who was so helpful! Kaysi is a great communicator, and will keep you in the loop about current listings. After viewing my home with her as my realtor, she offered wonderful advice regarding making an offer on the home. Throughout the buying process, she kept me updated, as well as helped me negotiate aspects of my contract. I definitely recommend her!

Buying and selling a home can be an overwhelming and stressful process. When ever we would get stressed over the details, Kaysi would let us know that was her job, not ours. She took the stress off of our shoulders and placed it on hers. She was always available to answer our many questions promptly and guide us in making decisions. It is vital to invest in a realtor who is knowledgeable about the industry and area as well as someone who is personable, and Kaysi is exactly that! We would not have had the positive homebuying and selling process we did without her!

I just recently sold my home (of 44 years) in California and was at a loss of how to start looking for another home here in Tuscaloosa. Kaysi took time out of her busy schedule and Labor Day holiday plans to meet with me on Friday night. We then scheduled to meet Tuesday to shop for a house for me. I feel she answered my questions honestly and clearly. An example is the "Homesteader's Act", Our "Homesteader Act" is different and she clearly explained the importance of filing for it.
