Kaysi did a phenomenal job in selling my house! She was immediately responsive which was so helpful since I live out of state. My house needed to be painted inside, repairs made and cleaned before listing. Kaysi has a very competent, reliable service provider who quickly got my house ready to be listed. Their prices were reasonable and the quality of their work excellent and very timely. She knew what needed to be done to get the house sold, knew the market and how to price it. The best recommendation is the house went on the market on a Friday and by Monday I had two offers! Great job, Kaysi!

Buying and selling a home can be an overwhelming and stressful process. When ever we would get stressed over the details, Kaysi would let us know that was her job, not ours. She took the stress off of our shoulders and placed it on hers. She was always available to answer our many questions promptly and guide us in making decisions.
