Alysaun helped us through our first home buying journey to eventually find our first home. Her communication was exceptional and she was always available to answer questions, schedule showings and help us to navigate all of the components of the home buying process. Her warm and friendly personality helped to ease some of the nerves and stress with the current market and she was available for questions and guidance as we moved into the closing phase. As a first time home buyer we were a bit nervous with the idea of taking the leap in buying a house. We didn't know much about the steps it takes when looking for a house or where to begin. We happened to come across Alysaun when looking for a house on realtor.com. We put in a request to speak to someone and within minutes we were connected with a realty professional. Although the original house fell through we felt a great rapport and connection with Alysaun and knew we wanted to continue our home search journey with her. For the next couple of months Alysaun was constantly providing us with updates on the newly listed homes for sale and also helped us stay on track with deadlines and showings. Once we found "the one" we put in a bid and got the great news from Alysaun a few days later. From there this is where Alysaun truly shined. She provided us with valid resources to use throughout the closing process, and she made sure she was working closely with them to provide us with constant updates and feedback about our closing. She was responsive all hours of the day and would always return our texts/calls/emails ASAP. I have heard horror stories about the closing process from others and it was the complete opposite with Alysaun.
