Shannan did a phenomenal job helping us find our dream home. We had been looking for something specific for years and she had the patience to send us everything that came close to our dream until we finally found the perfect fit. She was willing to get us in for a showing immediately and that is one of the main reasons we were able to get an offer in so quick. When we had issues on our loan end, she had great communication with everyone involved to find the best solution to our delay and keep the transaction moving forward when it was very possible it could have shut it down. She has even gone the extra mile after the transaction to help us talk with the sellers about issues that arose after the sale was complete. She really cares about her clients and it shows. We hope we never have to move again, but if we do, Shannan is the only person we will use.
