Dr. LaKeta Burgess was truly awesome, she was patient in answering the numerous questions we had throughout the process of searching, touring, and closing on our house. She was impressive with her honesty, transparency, and knowledge of the market. Her responsiveness was incredible, and availability to schedule home / video tours for varying schedules and time zones was helpful and truly appreciated. Her energy and calmness help put me at ease in a process that can be quite stressful. She truly listened to what we were looking for, she was honest on what is possible in the market and price range we had in mind. Her critical eye for details and understanding of our needs was excellent. We truly felt heard and felt she was looking out for our needs.
