Lisa Gifford, real estate guru extraordinaire, is one of the most knowledgeable, market-savvy, and innovative agents my husband Neil and I have ever worked with. Her ability to actively listen to our home "type" needs and her thoroughness to deliver results are unparalleled. Lisa selectively chose several existing homes for us to consider for the build out- all of which would have been great fits. She found the perfect home where we could turn the downstairs living room, bath & bedroom into a mother-in-law suite which we needed for Neil's mom.
