We priced our Colts Neck house to sell itself without agent. You may imaging how many calls we got from agents to try to get us to sign with them. We were decided not to get the agent until we got a call from Paul. After a few minutes he gained our trust and we are positive that he earned his commision. We had many setbacks but with Paul we overcome it. He was very responsive and kept us informed all the time. His interpersonal skills and professionalism is hard to find. We felt that we gain a friend during one of the most stressful time. Thank you Paul!

Paul was a fantastic guide in the entire sale of my home. Paul actually suggested we sell for more than we planned and he was spot on, we experienced a smooth stress free process with super clear timely communication all around keeping us in the know at all times. We were moving to Texas and needed to sell quickly but we didnt want to be short changed on our sale. He made a fantastic suggestion to have an inspector come in before listing to see if any repairs needed to be addressed by our contractor to avoid wasting time later in the process. Paul marketed our home beautifully and we sold in about 10 days! Absolutely incredible. We will 1000% recommend Pauls professionalism over and over again. As most first time buyers are, my husband and I were very nervous and excited about looking for our new home. We started looking in January and were planning a wedding for June. We weren't sure where to begin, but we are glad that we got in touch with Paul. From the moment we met Paul we could see how considerate, knowledgable, and accommodating he was. He was able to work with both of our hectic schedules, and was willing to show us any houses that we were interested in. He was very honest and transparent about his opinions of the homes, and gave us a lot of suggestions about what to consider. Paul did the majority of the "heavy lifting" for us, and was willing to answer questions that we had via email or phone. Paul was very organized and present from when we made an offer until we closed. In a lot of ways we felt like Paul was really looking out for us as a young couple. He was always positive and professional. We highly recommend Paul as your new realtor!

Paul was extremely helpful in finding the right home for us in New Jersey. We were very picky and Paul took the time to show us every single house we asked to see ( around 50!) .Not once did he try to talk us out of a house or location , he let us decide for ourselves. It was also extremely easy to communicate with Paul bc he was always available to take our calls. He made the stressful process of buying a home easy!

Paul was a true professional and very friendly and personable to work with right from the start. We started out as a FSBO and Paul reached out to us to offer his help even without anything in it for him. His true intent was that we succeed in selling our home so he provided us free services to be successful. After 6 weeks we decided to enlist a realtor, interviewed several and ultimately chose Paul based on his commitment to us. Within 10 days we received an offer and in six weeks we closed. We thoroughly appreciated working with Paul on selling our home. He always responded promptly to our calls, and was always available by text and email as well. He was very helpful in sharing his knowledge of the local market, and had good suggestions on decisions regarding improvements that would help and those that wouldn't make a difference. He also had good knowledge of inspections, had good recommendations for inspectors, and made sure we had seller's requirements completed by the time they were needed. A pleasure to work with him.

Paul is great!!! Not only is he extremely helpful and dedicated but he truly cares. Always had our best interest in mind and gave us needed help while we sold our old home and searched for a new one. Paul was professional and patient every step of my way in finding my home. We've gone through two failed home inspections and dealing with difficult agents but Paul came through every time with a positive attitude and a smile. I just bought my first house and Paul was great to work with. I was looking for a long time before I met Paul and he made the deal happen within a month. He was there very step of the way, very patient, knowledgeable, and always had time for me when I had questions or concerns about the process. Even after the closing, he checked on me to see how all was going! What a great guy! Id highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a house.
