Jessica is not simply a real estate agent - she is determined to help her clients find a HOME! Even though my search for the right house could be daunting at times, Jessica was right next to me every step of the way. She is tireless and relentless and will not give up. We used Jessica O'Daniel to help my son buy a house, sell our home, and build our brand new home with a local builder. She was so informative and helped in the transition of getting our son into his first home without any hiccups. Jessica worked hard to negotiate the best price for him and we were so, so pleased with that whole process. By giving us tips and pointers, Jessica was able to help us get top dollar for when selling our existing home . Jessica helped cushion all the ups and downs of the sales process when building our current forever home and was there every step of the way. We are grateful that she helped closing go smoothly and we thinks shes all around a great person.. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family.

Jessica is knowledgeable, transparent, and honest. When I sold my property she set expectations appropriately and was always able to answer any and all questions about the process. She was so responsive and great to work with. Jessica sold my house quickly  in part because of her direction regarding preparing the house for sale. She also provided me with specifics that helped me prepare the home for sale. She did a great job with the marketing of the property and had several showings scheduled within minutes of posting the marketing materials on social media and MLS. I would and have recommend Jessica to my friends and co-workers.

Josh & I highly recommend Jessica ODaniel for all your real estate needs. We decided to build and needed to sell our existing home. We met with Jessica, the broker that our builder reccomended, and it turned out to be an amazing recommendation. The selling process could not have been better. Shes extremely knowledgeable about the market and everything it takes to sell a home. Shes confident in her abilities and very easy to communicate with. Jessica makes the entire process very easy, from staging to professional photos.

When we were ready to put our house on the market, we reached out to Jessica O'Daniel. Jessica came to our house prepared with comps, data, and recommendations on how to get our house ready to hit the market. From staging our house, to setting us up with professional photography every step of her professional marketing plan was top notch. We followed her advice and it certainly paid off  we received an offer the day we listed it for the full asking price! When it came to any issue or concern during the process that popped up, she always had a solution. Knowing Jessica was an experienced realtor gave us the confidence and trust to put our minds at ease. We never knew selling a house could be so seamless  goes to show having the right realtor makes ALL the difference.
