We were very fortunate to have Nicole assigned as our realtor. From our first meeting she was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She was super helpful with narrowing down options and finding homes that were in the right locations and at the right prices they needed to be at. Helped me find a the right people to take the loan and do inspections with. When I came to question she never hesitated to answer. Super supportive and knowledgeable in her area.

Nicole was fantastic to work with as my wife and I purchased our first home. She was quick to answer questions, and she had pamphlets ready with the step by steps on home buying since we have not been through the process before. Also, she was sure to check in frequently with the sellers agents to make sure everything was being taken care of. Even after the sale Nicole would check in with us on holidays and even brought us a pie around Thanksgiving time. She is super personable and easy to chat with, I would definitely recommend her for your home buying needs.

Nicole Gautreau helped me find my house and we moved into the house in less than 2 weeks and close within 3 weeks. She helped me with a short time frame, connected me with a great inspection and mortgage lender. Nicole was amazing from day one and very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. We used her initially to show us houses and ended up hiring her to sell our home. She was very flexible with our schedules and worked hard to help us find the place we now call home! There wasnt no issue she couldnt work through with us and when there was a problem she came through for us and made it work. I highly recommend working with Nicole. You wont be disappointed.

Nicole and crew did a great job getting my house sold. The pictures that were taken were great. They are overall the nicest and most thoughtful group I've come across so far. Her and her crew thought of things I didn't even think of when it came to selling my house. They hosted open houses and really got the word out there to bring in the most potential buyers. I haven't had a chance to use her on the buy side of things but I'm sure her and her crew would be top notch.

Nicole Gautreau made selling my home an easy experience. I would recommend her 10/10 to anyone. She was professional, prompt and helped us get a contract on the house within a week of listing it. Since I had never sold a house before, she walked me through everything I needed to do and checked in with me along the way to see how things were going or if I needed any help. Nicole was a awesome Real Estate Agent to work with. My husband and I looked at over 30 homes and Nicole was very patient. Omg I cannot say enough about this woman! She is absolutely amazing! She was extremely patient with me and so knowledgeable about things other than the actual home buying process. She really got to know me and my needs and went above and beyond! She just connects with people and even really bonded with my mom and aunt who came house looking with us one day. She knew what plants people had and could since my style. She did the worrying for me when things didn't go exactly as planned. She's become more than my realtor! She's truly become a friend and I can't say enough about her!

Nicole sold a house for me and I am quite pleased with her work. I live out of state and was not available to be present for anything. Nicole was amazing. She never hesitated to work with repair companies and make herself available for them to complete work. She did open houses which my previous realtor never attempted. Nicole was always working on new and inventive ways to get my house seen by prospective buyers. She prepared an adorable video listing. She negotiated a great price for me and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
