I just completed my 4th deal with Barb as our realtor. I have bought and sold a lot of real estate over the years and have worked with a number of realtors. Barb has been the BEST realtor that I have worked with. She is experienced and knows the market - listen to her, she knows what she is doing. I can't recommend Barb highly enough! She is so knowledgeable and is wholeheartedly invested in finding you a home that you will love. Barb helped me and my husband determine which neighborhoods would fit our needs and price range. She then learned about our style and our wish list and sent us homes that checked the boxes. During showings, she pointed out things we never would have seen on our own and got answers to all of our questions (even the ones we didn't know we should ask!). After we put an offer in, she made sure every step went smoothly and according to plan. She helped us address every question that popped up with efficiency and wisdom.

Barb was awesome! It was very challenging trying to sell my mother.s condo from a different state. Barb went out of her way to make extra trips to Denton to review and finalize signings for my mother (she no longer drives!). Also was so helpful staying on top of the "make ready" team and even making sure my mother was getting her mail in between forwarding through USPS!
