I absolutely cannot recommend Carol enough as a realtor. My husband and I decided to use Carol on the sell of our home, as well as the purchase of a new home. She was very patient with us, even after showing us multiple properties, some even on the day of with little notice. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and we always felt like she had our best interests in mind as her clients. If you are looking for a hard working, and dedicated realtor then most definitely use Carol in finding your dream home!

I worked with Carol to possibly find a rental home to buy then flip. Carol worked hard to find me multiple properties in my area...and did. I decided not to go this route until approximately 2025. At that time, I will contact Carol again knowing her passion, dedication and diligent work as an Agent.

Carol has been great to work with and very patient. I know that I have been a pain for her as I seem to find all the negatives in every property however; she continues to provide new properties that meet the criteria’s that I am searching for. I would highly recommend her if you are in search of your dream home.
