Teresa was a fantastic advisor throughout the entire purchasing process. Using our parameters she was able to source homes on the market more effectively than we were independently and provide us with a lot of great options. She also had a great understanding of current market conditions and enabled us to make an intelligent offer that may have saved us a significant amount had we been dealing with a less trustworthy agent.

Throughout the closing process Teresa was extremely accommodating and a constant advocate for us. We unfortunately had to deal with an emergency medical situation during our closing process, and Teresa did everything she could to make the closing process as stress-free as possible for us.

I highly recommend anyone looking for an agent in this region consider Teresa among your choices, you will be able to trust that she will try to execute what is in YOUR best interest, as was the case in my experience.
