Bryant Howard

We moved across country a few months ago and completely defeated at the constant milestones and changes our home buying journey was throwing at us. Not only was Bryant patient, he fought on our behalf to get us our dream home. Even though it took us months, and may have taken us a few more years, he was there anyway, day or night (literally). Wouldn't have anyone else for myself or anyone else.

Bryant was fantastic to work with while shopping for a home. Being new to the area I needed a lot of information to help me understand the market and what my options were. I also needed to stay within a strict budget. Bryant was very patient and we covered a lot of ground looking for something that would work for me. Within a month we found the perfect place and had an accepted offer. It has turned out to be a great purchase and six months later I am super happy with the house. It’s always much easier to navigate the housing market with a knowledgeable agent that you can trust.

From the first time I spoke to Bryant I knew he would be the one to help us find that perfect place to call home. I just wish I would have found him sooner.
After trying 3-4 different agents who didn't have the time, patience or the experience and who were not willing to walk property and explain the process of buying raw land to us.
I needed someone that was willing to walk raw land and answer all of our random questions,concerns etc. On top of that we have 4 small children.
Bryant didn't hesitate to meet us and take my family of 6 out on this journey to look at our property.He understood everything we were trying to accomplish. He was extremely patient with all of us. That means everything to us.
I have referred several people;family and friends to Bryant. I will be using Bryant again in the future. I don't usually write reviews but we are extremely grateful and blessed to have found Bryant Howard.
