Before choosing to work at Sunrun, I was a customer. I had solar and battery backup installed by Sunrun over 10 years ago. I am passionate about educating people on solar and helping them make the switch to more reliable and less expensive energy. I’m quite happy to have had Erika manage of my SunRun installation and design! She listened and acted promptly to fix any issues that came up(which were very few), and I feel well taken care of!
Erika has been so helpful. We feel we can call or text her at any time with questions and she gets us the answers. She never makes us feel like we are bothering her. We never thought we could afford to make the transition to solar and was skeptical at first but when we met Erika she was awesome and explained the program and answered every question we had. Her friendliness and professional attitude along with her in depth knowledge put us at ease. Details: Living in CO means we get a lot of sun and wanted to put solar panels on our home, but it also means we live in an HOA. Since we have a townhome, that also means the HOA owns our roof and there was no policy around being able to install solar panels on the roof of our unit. In the planning stages, Erika offered competitors freely (who were unwillingly to work with us because we are in an townhome) and expertly walked us through our options for panels. Erika worked tirelessly and sent so many resources to help facilitate the HOA board coming up with a policy so we could have solar panels. Behind the scenes during design, she made sure the design would work for a middle unit townhome and the HOA requirements (3 iterations), getting us the drawings we needed for the Board’s approval. She helped us quickly navigate week-of and day-of changes and made sure our solar panels were finally turned on. We cannot say more positive things about our experience with Erika and Sunrun.

Erika, worked closely with us to add additional solar panels and a Tesla power wall. She worked through and coordinated the entire project and kept us updated along the way.
