Erika Arroyo is an absolute treasure.

From our first meeting when she gave me so much information about what to expect to helping with the very last item on the checklist, Erika was there. When I didn’t understand something, Erika explained. When there were delays with permits, she kept me up to date. And when there was a glitch in getting one piece of the process finished, she went right to bat to schedule the work.

Erika always responded quickly. She is positive, patient, personable and always professional.

It was a pleasure working with her.

Thank you Erika and Sunrun. The installation was very efficient, just as you said it would be. And we’re very appreciative that you came by to check on us while they were working. You told us what was happening and why.
It was very helpful to know what was going to expect from Excel, so that process went smoothly. This is our second home with Sunrun Solar, but you certainly helped by answering and sometimes re-answering our questions.

Erika, worked closely with us to add additional solar panels and a Tesla power wall. She worked through and coordinated the entire project and kept us updated along the way. She also assisted us with everything we needed to know to manage our system including the power wall. I’m extremely grateful to her for all her hard work! Erika is outstanding in her work and is a asset to SunRun!

We can't say enough about the excellent experience we have had working with Erika! Our situation was complicated and frustrating. Erika stayed on top of the whole project, coordinated with the multiple contractors involved and kept us informed and reassured through the whole process. She is a wealth if knowledge and really has skills creating a working partnership through the many steps involved in a solar project. I have recommended her to friends and family already and our experience working with her has made us Sunrun superfans! Great job Erika!

Erica was my first contact and has been my go to person since the beginning. When I had any problems and didn’t know who to go to, I could call Erica and she would get things done or give me the right person to talk to. This made it so much easier to get to the right person even in follow up for things such as roof repair and tax credits. I would highly recommend her and hope she gets all the credit she can get for how well she does in the sense.

I wouldn’t use anyone else for solar other than Erika. The quality is there, customer service. Answered all my questions. Even after the job was finished she was always there and checked in to make sure all was good. She goes above and beyond.

Erika was amazing to work with when we bought our panels through Costco. She was very helpful with all of our questions, responsive when we followed up, and kept the purchasing process professional but in a light/personal way.

Once the panels were installed, we had a minor issue but Erika helped us address it immediately with SunRun’s maintenance team, and clearly showed how much she valued us as customers. If you’re looking to add solar to your home then you can’t go wrong by working with Erika. She’s the best…also Sko’ Buffs!

Erika has been nothing short of awesome. From the start, I was skeptical about solar, but Erika answered every one of my questions, with knowledge and professionalism. Further, once we had committed, Erika has continued to stay in touch to ensure we remain happy with the decision and to answer any further questions. Not once have we felt "Erika didn't tell us this part...."
