We had a kitchen disaster! The pipes under the kitchen sink failed and before we knew it, we had considerable damage to the cabinets and some of the hardwood flooring. In the process of repairing things, we were referred to Coast Construction.
From the very start, we had questions. Many questions! Kristy at Coast worked with us to answer those questions and shared other helpful information. She helped us navigate the insurance part telling us what part their company would take on and what we needed to do. As senior citizens, very confused senior citizens, we appreciated Kristy more than words can tell!
Our construction manager, Igor, and his crew started work as soon as insurance approved the scope and cost of work to be done. They honored our decisions about design choices and offered helpful suggestions. The crew was focused and kept us “in the loop” about where they were in the process. Anytime a decision needed to be made, like the height of the drop-down stove fan, we were contacted. They did not proceed until they had our decision. Our home and belongings were respected. We were very pleased with the quality of the work that they did and their positive, upbeat attitudes. It was a pleasant work environment for the crew and us.

Coast Construction did an amazing job with the water damage that had happened. Although the flooring I selected took a while to arrive, as soon as it arrived they were out here and completed the work in one day! It looks absolutely wonderful and I am so pleased with the work and timeliness of completion.

Coast Construction was referred to me by my friend Rachel Turner who has worked with them repeatedly. I lived in an apartment complex where there was some water damage and the complex did not want to take action to resolving the issue or the repairs. After weeks of no resolution, I had expressed the frustrations I had with my friend Rachel who recommended Coast Construction. Travis came out and provided a report to me of the issue and what would need to be done to resolve the situation so it was no longer a health hazard and apartment hazard. Only after receiving the report from a third party company who specializes in this work did my complex finally take action for repairs. Even though the complex didn't use them for work, they had no problem inspecting and providing a report to assist during this stressful time. They were amazing. Thank you!
