Mini and her team were fantastic from start to finish. From advising us on how much to declutter, to room by room guidance for staging, she knew how to highlight our property’s strengths and told us when we didn’t need to worry about things. We were able to get on the market quickly, get multiple offers, sell for above ask, and then have the free post-occupancy we needed to move. She worked with us each step of the way explaining our options and sharing her insight. We’re glad we sold with Mini!

Mini is fabulous! We started looking for a property a year ago and just closed on the perfect condo for us. She was extremely patient with us as we changed our minds on what we wanted over the course of the year. She had our best interests in mind as she provided honest feedback on properties we looked at and prevented us from making mistakes on properties that were not really right for us. We will use her again when we are ready to sell in the future.

Mini was fantastic to work with. She was professional, positive, and always very responsive. Out of several realtors we interviewed, Mini was the only one who performed a market analysis of our home and suggested a value we believed to be accurate; the others were extremely low. In the end, our home sold for more than asking price after receiving several offers the first 2 days it was listed. Mini was honest and fair and because of that, we sold our home for much more than any of the other realtors believed we could. The process was extremely smooth and we closed today.

Mini knows her business well and I would use again if we sell. Highly recommended!
