Hard to sell lot in trying times. She kept at it, finally found us a buyer. Kept us informed, made suggestions, did work to make the lot more appealing. Highly recommend her, will use her again if needed.

Buying with Margaret
Margaret doesn't want to sell, what ever house so she can make a commission. She wants you to find a "HOME". She worked patiently with myself and my husband for over 2 years until we found a home right for us. We told her what we wanted. She would a forward us listings 2 or 3 times a week. She also made sure the listenings she sent us were right in our price range. She did surprise me, because when we started looking at houses, we would walk in and she would point out things that we might have to watch out for, if we bought the house in question. She didn't hurry us up to choose a house so she can get an instant commission. She wanted to make sure the house was "right " for us.
Selling with Margaret
Since we had such a wonderful experience buying a home with Margaret, I decided to ask her to help me sell a piece of property. Not only did she list it, she did extensive research to make sure the asking price was fair and in accordance with several other factores. After 1 day listed, we had 3 offerers. I believe we settle with a month or two. She really gained my respect , because she did so much researching of every aspects of the property so it was sold for the right price.
Future with Margaret:
Moving forward , if any one in my family has any type of real estate transactions, we will only contact Margaret. Just like a Personal physician you might not want to loose, we have a personal real estate agent we don't want to loose. We can trust her 100% with any real estate dealing.
